The waitlist
This section explains what happens to your details when you join the Dormora waitlist. It was last updated on 18 October 2026.
Who we are
Dormora is responsible for your waitlist details. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address.
- If you give them: your first name, who you'd use Dormora with, and whether you'd like to test the beta.
- Which page you signed up on, when you signed up, and when you confirmed your email.
- To stop spam, a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your internet address, deleted after 24 hours.
Why we use it
We use your details only to confirm your email address and then to email you about Dormora's beta, the founder offer and launch, a few times a month at most. Our legal basis is your consent: you ask to join, and you confirm by email. We don't use your details for advertising, we don't build profiles, and we never sell or share them for marketing.
Who helps us
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the waitlist. Resend sends our emails. They act only on our instructions. They may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
If you don't confirm your email address, we delete your details after 7 days. Once confirmed, we keep them until you leave the waitlist, or for 12 months after Dormora launches at the latest.
Your choices and rights
Every email we send has a link to leave the waitlist, which deletes your details straight away. You can also ask us for a copy of your details, or to correct or delete them, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Website analytics
This section explains how we measure visits to this website. It was last updated on 19 October 2026.
What we collect
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, how they found us and roughly where they are (by country or region), so we can improve the site. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets cookies that tell one visitor from another. If you don't, it sets no cookies and sends Google only basic signals, such as that a page was viewed, with no identifier that links your visits.
Our legal basis
Your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page, and withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
Who helps us
Google provides Google Analytics and acts on our instructions. We don't use it for advertising. Google may process data outside the UK; where it does, it uses safeguards approved under UK data protection law. See our cookie policy for the cookies it sets and how long they last.
